Pinestar Technology, Inc. has been a leading supplier of equipment and accessories in the diagnostic radiology and medical fields for over 25 years. We began primarily providing instruments and supplies for Nuclear Medicine, and grew from there. Over the years, we have become a distributor of products for all the departments listed above. PTI now manufactures custom designed table and stretcher pads as well as computer hardware and software.

The NMIS program - short for Nuclear Medicine Information System - was developed as a BASIC program way back in 1985. NMIS is now a very advanced Windows-based management tool that can be used over a network and interfaced with the hospital or radiology information system. We also developed a radiopharmacy program which is now being converted to a Windows platform. Currently, there are over 1,200 hospitals and pharmacies using the program in the US as well as abroad.

Pinestar Technology has 2 locations. Our catalog business and distribution center is located in Greenville, PA, and in Somerset, NJ, the technical staff of programmers, applications, and hardware specialists develop and support NMIS and our other programs.
